If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so up to 14 days from the day of the receipt. When you return the item please send an e-mail at [email protected] with the following information: your full name, order number, the reason of the return and the return shipping tracking number.


In any case, in order for your return to be accepted, the item and the package should be returned at their initial condition.
Specifically, the item should not have been washed or gotten dirty, it should maintain all the initial labels and the hygiene stripes should not have been removed.
Also, the package should be intact.


In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying them on.


Please make sure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.


You will be charged with return shipping costs.
In the unlikely event that you return something because of our fault, we will be happy to cover the shipping costs.


In order to avoid delays, you are requested to use a shipping company (SPEEDEX) and not post.
We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment.


If you wish a refund, allow us 14 business days from the day of the receipt and only if all the mentioned conditions are met. The cost of the shipping company is not refunded.
If you wish to change an item, then you could do so within 14 days from the day of the receipt and provided that there is available stock for the item you want.
If you would like to change an item and you cannot find what you want, you can receive a credit voucher that lasts 6 months from the day of the return.
